One of our customers is running Exchange Server (SBS2003) and Blackberry Enterprise Server 4.X (BES in its latest updates).
Two weeks ago I hopefully switched my customer to Entourage2008. Hopefully because I hoped MS had enough time to kill all mayor bugs...but this is anouther sad story for Mac software.
Anyway, we still have the problem not solved for months. Many people wrot it down here and got no solution.
MS, PLEASE HELP US!
When acception a meeting invitation in Entourage 2008, the invitation remains in the Inbox of the users Blackberry as a new mail. The user has to delete it manually.
This is a bug of Entourage 2008, even in 12.1.4 (out for 1 week now?)
I can confirm this because we have a test user and tried it with Entourage 2004, then 2008 and then again with 2004. In OWA and 2004 it works, same to Outlook. But 2008 "kills" the invitation out of the inbox in a way that the blackberry enterprise server cannot figure out what to do with it.
Please give us a bugfis, hotfix, anyfix to fix this issue.
Exchange server hotfix is also weclome, just any fix to fix this mayor bug.
