Entourage 2008 Not Synching Inbox, Contacts or Folders

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

Installed and upgraded to latest version 12.1.5. Tried both the OWA method and the direct to exchange method. Both authenticate and synch the calendar but neither will synch any other folder or service (contacts, tasks, etc). I can send new emails and recipients receive them but cannot synch sent items from Entourage to server.

I have seen a few others with this same issue, one even reported getting a fix directly from Microsoft here - <http://www.officeformac.com/ProductForums/Entourage/6680>

Wonder if Microsoft would be so kind to post the fix for all of us?

You're not speaking to Microsoft here. These newsgroups are not owned by
Microsoft nor do they use them to provide direct support for customer
issues.

The original poster somehow managed to get a free Exchange support call
but those are not normally free. You may want to speak with your
Exchange Server administrator to see if they have support contacts they
can call regarding your problem.

Or, if you can track down the original poster and contact him then he
may be able to pass along what he learned.
