A friend asked me to look at a problem with her Entourage 08 email.
All the mail from her Verizon.net pop account are instantly moved to the junk mail folder. Once in the junk mail folder rarely are the messages tagged as junk mail. Also, most of the mail is from senders in Entourage's contacts.
No rules are implemented. Junk mail filtering is not running. Entourage is the current version.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
