Entourage 2008 to Exchange Calendar - Wrong Dates!

I just installed Office 2008 last night and immediately set up my
calendar to sync to the university's Exchange server. The sync was
fine, but when I look at dates in the Exchange calendar a handful are
shifted back one day. For example, my brother's birthday is June 2 and
appears correctly in Entourage. But, in Exchange his birthday shows up
on June 1. After a quick calendar walk-through it appears that this
only happened to reoccurring appointments (all day?). Any ideas?

Have you Exchange Server admin verify his systems are fully patched.
