Entourage 2008 will not launch - solved

After a year of trying unsuccessfully to switch from Entourage 2004 to
2008, I found the culprit: MenuMaster from Unsanity.com. Entourage
2008 always crashed through the launching process. Now I put Entourage
2008 into MenuMaster's exception list and voila! It worked!
Just to inform other users with Entourage launching problems.

Haxies are not recommended. You can test by logging out, when you log in
hold down the Shift key to disable all startup items. If the problems go
away you know it's a startup item.
