Entourage 2008 will not sync calendar entry from iPhone

I am syncing Entourage 2008 to my iPhone.

Entourage-->iCal-->iPhone works
iPhone-->iCal works

But if I create a calendar event in the iPhone, it will sync to iCal, but will not show up in Entourage.

So far I have tried the following (none of which worked) so I am looking for ideas:
1) Reset Sync Services.
2) Turned off entourage sync in Entourage Preferences. Then turned it back on.
3) Deleted the Entourage calendar in iCal and created it again.
4) When syncing iPhone, selected the option to have iCal totally overwrite the iPhone.

Would appreciate any advice.

Regardless, I was at a business today that just got their upgrade to
Office 2008. They have two Blackberrys, three Treo's and four
Motorola Razers (different users on different Macs). All could sync
before with Entourage 2004 via Sync Services (under Tiger). Under
Entourage 2008, same issue AppleMan above is having... anything new
they create makes it to iCal and Address Book but doesn't make it to
Entourage, even though Sync Services is enabled for both iCal and
Address Book under Entourage 2008 preferences.

We were able to put them back (had to go clean off all parts of
Entourage 2008, both using remove and searching for all prefs and
settings under Library folder. They had backups of all 2004 data.
Put it all back and they are now syncing again, via Sync Services
without issue.

Looks like MS needs to take a look at how Entourage 2008 is accepting
return communication from Sync Services.

Can you try an experiment? All software and devices sync to the Truth
database first and then to other sync sources. Adding a contact to the
address book or an event to iCal should also result in not syncing to
Entourage. Is that what happens?

Tried this and this is the case with Entourage 2008. Entourage 2004
syncs the data, without categories.

With my Treo 650 on a Mac mini, I can sync using iSync and Address
Book and most fields (minus contact photo and birthday and others)
sync without any issues. This method was using e2Sync, Entourage
2004, iSync and Address Book. No similar solution that I've tried
works with Entourage 2008.
