I have installed Entourage 2008(12.1.1) with Mac OS 10.5.4 and entered the
required information to connect to our Exchange 2003 server. When I try to
use either the backend IP or the OWA IP the same thing happens which is I
cannot see any email or contacts at all. My calender comes in fine and the
myday app works ok. Public folders are all there and functional and the
global address book is fine. I can even send mail and it goes out just fine.
It looks like its updating but nothing ever shows up. All of my inbox
subfolders even show up just empty. I do however get email on my blackberry
and if I log into OWA from Safari I see all the mails.
Things I tried that didn't work...
I've tried the empty cache routine to no avail.
Created a new identity and that didn't help at all.
Uninstalled and re-installed and no joy.
Cleaned out my inbox ... went from 1Gb to 50Mb ... No luck
Still get the same problem...looks like its updating and the calendar updates
immediately ... emails go out immediately ... just nothing incoming and no
history ever.
I would be greatful if someone can help with this.
Thanks,
George
