Entourage 2008 wont update Exchange

I am running Entourage 2008 accessing an Exchange 2003 server. Email
comes in fine... sends fine.... The issue is that when I delete emails
from inbox - they still show up in Outlook web access [OWA]. If I
delete from OWA - it will update Entourage... So - it seems that
Entourage is not updating Exchange. Anyone else have this issue? I
have emptied cache, created a new identity etc... stuck on this one...

Deleted mails are sitting in the deleted items folder. You ned to delete from this folder in order to permanently delete them.
