OK, so here's something that's weird:
1. My OSX 10.6 system time zone is set to CDT (GMT -5)
2. In Entourage 2K8, default time zone for new events is also set to
Central Time
Now, calendar invites seem to work just fine. My system clock in the
upper right also shows the right time zone. However, all of my inbox
emails are showing up with time zone GMT (exactly 5 hours ahead).
Also, if I go into Gmail or Yahoo! Mail, both of those are also
showing GMT-based times.
I did recently update my computer to 10.6.1...could this be an OSX
thing? It's almost like OSX isn't publishing the right timezone to
apps like Entourage and browser based emails.
Any advice would be appreciated!
