Installed Office 2008 the other day and the new Entourage is aborting when it it tries to pull messages from the server that are identified as (SPAM). I get an odd message " An unknown internal program error occurred. Could not retrieve mail. Error: 1634955892" Can see my emails on my webmail on my laptop, and when I remove the (SPAM) labeled message, Entourage pull the email down to my desktop.

Has anyone encountered this – and found a solution?

First report on this I've seen. The error could be coming from your ISP. It
doesn't sound like a normal Entourage error message.

Did you install the Safari 4 beta? This has caused all sorts of problems for
Entourage users. See this article on how to uninstall.
