Just recently upgraded to 2008 and since I can't query the names in my address book by name or in alphabetical order. It's treating M's as if they were the A's. And if I type in a person by last name it always goes to someone with the last name of Murphy. Anyone know how to fix this?

Exactly how are you searching? Entourage 2008 has a big improvement over
previous versions.

Entourage 2008 has added new columns for First Name, Last Name.

Hmmmm. Thanks Donna. I see what you mean. My contacts are all entered just as "Names" so that's how I'm searching. I checked last name and first name in the 'View > Columns' area but nothing changed. Was hoping it might automatically divide up the last and first names. Surely there's a way to do this without reentering all the info? Any advice?

You can try a couple of scripts.

You can use Paul Berkowitz's script "Sort by Field" to get a list of all
your contacts in "Telephone Book" format.

Title Case Addresses (Entourage) 1.2

BTW, how did you get your contacts into Entourage? It's possible you need to
go back and import again in the correct format. Otherwise you might have to
manually edit each contact.
