Hi I can change the columns in the address book to display Last name , First Name etc, but i have a very basic viewing choice of my address book when I am trying to forward an e-mail on to other recipients from address book... I want to add columns to this address book also, so I can send e-mails to persons from 'First Name' , any suggestions??? Or do I also have to click 'View' and go to Address Book to find friends by First name... Con.. Fu...Sed...

Cheers and I pre-thank you for your time!

Hi I can change the columns in the address book to display Last name

Sorry, the Address Book view as you see it in a new message is not
customizable. However, I suggest simply ignoring this view and just
being typing the name of the person in the To list. Entourage will watch
what you're typing and then auto-complete suggestions from your address
book.

For example, if I start typing "Wi" it will match:

Wilber, Eric
Smith, William
Joe Wise

If I continue typing "Wil" the suggested list will match:

Wilber, Eric
Smith, William

And if I continue typing "Will" the suggested list matches:

Smith, William

When the correct name is selected then simply hit Tab to select that
name and add another one or hit Enter/Return to move to the Subject field.

Hope this helps!
