Entourage Address Book

How do I change the view of the names in the address book window so that it shows the Last Name First and the First Name Last in alphabetical order? It seems like a very simple thing to do but I can't find anything on how to do that?

Ent 2004 does not have this capability. I believe Ent 2008 does, but it
requires OS X 10.4.9 or higher and a PowerPC G4 or G5 or an Intel processor.
