Entourage and Address Book [On My Computer]. How to move groups.

Hi,
I have a OSX (Tiger) user that need to transfer her Entourage email
group to a pc user.
We are using Exchange 2003.
The contact list resides on her local mac, and from what I understand,
you are unable to move an Entourage Address Book group to the Exchange
account.
Is there a quick and "dirtyless" way to transfer this data over?
As a bonus question, would there be a way to "share" this Entourage
address book group/Distribution list as a public folder? And
accessible from both, an Entourage user AND an Outlook user?
Again, from what I gather, If I create a group or distribution list on
Exchange for this account, it is not visible in Entourage.
If it were, I could just copy the contacts into this Exchange group.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Al!

Since you're using Exchange (and I'm assuming Entourage 2004) then your
user can drag all her contacts at once from her local Address Book to
her Exchange Contacts list and they will get copied up to the server for
use later in Outlook.

You can not share an individual's account as a public folder but you can
share her Inbox, Calendar and Contacts to others by right-clicking the
appropriate item, selecting Sharing and assigning the appropriate
permissions. Regardless of whether the others are Entourage or Outlook
users, they can connect to her shared items.

Unlike Outlook users, Entourage users can not use groups or distribution
lists on Exchange. They can create local groups of E-mail addresses.
