entourage and adobe CS issues

hi there,
i'm using the new office 2004 w/ entourage along w/ adobe cs photoshop (8)
and illustrator (11). there are issues when using this software together the
shift key in CS do not work. you have to close Entourage and then they work.
I know the work around is to "save" your password in the keychain for
Entourage however we do not encourage the use of keychains since our users
change their passwords every 30 days.

does anyone know of a new download or patch that is out there from microsoft
or adobe to resolve these issues?

Not using the keychain for this reason does not make sense to me. You can
always add or change the password in Keychain Access.
