Hi. There's a bit of a lack of information here. What your describing
wouldn't have anything to do with your BlackBerry or PocketMac. I'm
guessing something is wrong with Entourage itself. Possibly, the
database has corrupted based on what you're describing. Verify the
database to see if it is showing a problem - hold the option key down
while you click on Entourage in the dock and verify. Even if it
reports its fine you might want to rebuild the database but back up
you current active identity first as rebuild can create problems. Your
active identity is probably called Main Identity in Documents
Microsoft User Data Identities. If that doesn't work there are
different things to try such as creating a test account in OSX and
running Entourage from there to see if its misbehaving. Plus, other
things can be tried (e.g. deleting your mail account and adding it
again as new). There's lots on database issues in this forum. I'd do a
scan as this information can help you determine your best going
forward strategy while using Entourage. Finally, if all fails after
doing the various tests, you probably will have to create a new
identity and either export your data from your current identity and
import it or just start fresh. When I've done this, I just generally
use the old identity as an archive and start fresh in case there are
any corrupted records that remain corrupted on export to rge and
import (I have had the odd thing happen in a new identity e.g. notes
and by just deleting all the notes everything is fine). Post more
detail if you continue to have trouble and I'm sure someone will
provide you more detailed help as to what you might try.
