Entourage and exchange 2003 enterprise

Hello:

I have a problem with some clients of my exchange. I try to explain:

Now all clients have a Outlook 2003,and they conect with exchange 2003
and they can send a recived they haven´t any problem.
And now I have two macbookpro, and i install entourage and i cofigure de
mailbox in entourage and i recive all mail but whe i send a mail i have an
error:

Entourage cannot obtain access to the account that it is using with the
mail server formed for the above mentioned account.

The account has been configured incorrectly in Entourage. It checks the
configuration of the account to correct possible error or for if the
information is incorrect (including his own direction of email). The message
has moved itself to the folder drafts.

Account name: "Miguel"

Error: -18597

I dont find how to resolve this problem.

Someone might be able to help you with this specifically. I'm not an
Exchange user for my own personal purposes but sometimes have to use
it when at a Client's site and just use their computers always with
Outlook. There are a lot of problems with ENT08. Just scan the forums.
In your particular case, since you are already an Outlook shop, it
might be wise just to access your Exchange system with Outlook using
Parallels or VMFusion and the version of Windows your using with
Outlook 2003 which is your offices version. This works fine under
either VM environment. It will reduce your support issues. For me the
primary issue is sync and Microsoft has been unable to rectify the
sync problems. Its been truly problematic. However, although I had a
workaround I could no longer use it as when I upgraded my BlackBerry
Curve to OS4.5 it introduced some problem in the contacts DB that
causes conflicts and then deletions. I'm just using the Apple apps but
if this isn't powerful enough I'll use Outlook. I have it running
under Parallels and it syncs fine (BlackBerry and Palm

I have a problem with some account.
If i create a new account in my echange server 2003 and after i configured
this accont in entourage08, i don´t have any problem, i can send and
recived, But i configured one account that i have created, i can recive,
sync all folder.... but is imposible send mail, then view the error 18597.

I have compared the accounts in my exchange, a old account and new account,
and they are similary. This accoun in Outlook 2003 can send an recive
prefectly but in Entourage 2008 is imposible.
I scan the forums also, and i don´t find nothing can i use to resolve my
problem.

Make sure that Entourage is configured with the default SMTP address.
