Entourage and Exchnage 2007 -- mising recived emails w/attachments

The Entourage 2008 works fine with the Exchnage till today... The user has
received and email with small attachment (100KB) zip file. However the email
shows up in OWA and on his iPhone .. teh Entourage dioes not have the email
at all .. other emails synced just fine.

Any idea how to correct this small bug and have the user receive all emails
including those with attachments ??

You're using the plural a lot, but is this the first time you have
experienced this problem (with or without an attachment)? Obviously
this is not normal.

Try control-clicking the Inbox and choosing Folder Properties > Clear
Cache. This will rebuild the Inbox from the server and may make the
message appear. if it does not, it suggests that there may be some
corruption in the message that is causing problems for Entourage.
Retrieving the message in OWA would be my suggestion: your problem is
likely fairly unique to this one message.

Thanks Adam .. yes, this is (at least what he has noted) first time .. so I
wil try the steps and let you know if this is working for us

Adam , I have taken all steps per your advise .. all is back except the
email in question ..Well, I will need to retreieve it from OWA ..very
strange that only this email with attachment is not sync .. all other emails
are juts fine even with bigger size of the attachment. Th is is ZIP with
80KB

There may be some corruption in the message that is making it difficult
for Entourage to access it. So long as the problem isn't affecting
anything else, I wouldn't worry about it.
