Entourage and Groupwise calendar events are out of sync

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard)
Email Client: imap

When I set up an event in Entourage the event shows up correctly in Entourage but shows up in my work GroupWise calendar but it is 4 hours behind the scheduled time. I have checked the time zones and are both set the same. Any ideas??

How are the two connected?? Is your account on the GroupWise 8 beta
server?
Entourage doesn't natively support Groupwise calendars.
