Entourage and iphoto in leopard os

I have just upgraded to Leopard on my Imac 20 and since then cannot
use entourage as the email program for sending out photos-the first
time I use entourage iphoto locks up and I get the rainbow wheel and
have to do a forced quit-then when I try to restart iphoto get the
rainbow wheel right away and have to do forced quit-I am running
iphoto 6.0.6 (322) and entourage 11.3.6 (070618). If I delete
com.apple.iphoto.plist from the preferences folder iphoto will start
up normally but as soon as I change to entourage as my email program
and try to email pictures the same problem occurs. Any suggestions-
Thanks

I just tried it and it works perfect on this 24-inch 2.4 GHz iMac with
10.5.0 and Entourage 2004 11.3.6.

What icon show for mail in your iPhoto bar at the bottom?

Excellent point.

You can control which e-mail application iPhoto uses from the General tab of
the Preferences pane under the iPhoto menu. The icon of the selected
application will appear for Email in the tool bar at the bottom of the
iPhoto window.

Thanks for the response-I have the entourage icon at the bottom of the
screen in iphoto-interestingly if I start up entourage before iphoto
and keep entourage running iphoto works fine and sends pictures via
entourage-I have entourage set up with 2 separate identities and I'm
wondering if that is the problem-when I was using Tiger I would get
the initial startup window in entourage asking which identity I wanted
to use-now in iphoto with leopard if don't start entourage first and
try to email in iphoto the entourage icon will bounce and then nothing
happens and I get the multicolored beach ball and the iphoto stops
responding.
