entourage and windows

Can I use entourage on my windows vista & my husbands xp laptop's?
We want to have one email program and use it on all three systems.
We also want to be able to have a copy of emails left on our iMac regardless of which computer opened the email (depends on where we are - home or away)

Hi Pam,

Entourage is a Mac-only application, meaning that it won't run on a
Windows PC. As far as I know, the only major e-mail application that is
cross-platform and has an identical interface on Mac, Windows, and Linux
is Thunderbird. This may change with the introduction of Outlooj for Mac
at the end of the year, but it is too soon to tell whether it will be
cross-platform in terms of data storage.

If you want each computer to have access to the same e-mails, you should
get an IMAP account, if only out of convenience. If you read a message
on one computer, it will automatically be marked as read on the other
computers. Furthermore, your sent messages will be stored online as
well, which is not the case with POP accounts. Gmail is one of the major
e-mail providers that offer free IMAP accounts.
