Entourage asks to configure email account EVERY time I open it

I have an msn.com account. This is a service that now uses the Windows.Live protocol.

Three days ago, I updated Office to 12.2.

Starting yesterday, every time I open Entourage, I'm asked to reconfigure my msn account. So each time I set up a NEW msn account. I now have three of them up on my Entourage and expect to have an unlimited number more . . .

Why won't Entourage settle for one?

PS. Entourage is still, minus any mailing rules, sending recognized email addresses into the Junk, so I might not respond right away. Thanks.

There is something wrong with your identity.
Try launching Entourage pressing the Option key down to force-rebuild
your identity,

Merci Corentin,

Je sais pas s'il y a un problème avec l'identité. Ce que j'ai fait, c'était d'effacer le (vieux) compte MSN avec les coordonnées Live.Mail. Après ça, pas de problème!

Cordialement,

Jon

PS. I started the option-start route, but it wanted to rebuild the entire database, so I canceled. Is that what you meant by "force-rebuild your identity"? Thanks.

De rien Jon :)

Sans doute. On peut aussi repartir à neuf avec une nouvelle identité.
Ça montre qu'il y avait bien un soucis de corruption en tout cas :-\

Yep, that's what I meant.
It will indeed rebuild the entire identity. THat's not something you
should do on a daily basis if you see what I mean, but once in a while,
especially after something that looks like a corruption issue, it might
be a good thing,
