Entourage - Blackberry - Exchange email issues

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

We are using a BES server connected to our Exchange server.
When an email is deleted in entourage it does NOT seem to be deleted on the Blackberry.
Help?

Is is deleted on OWA?

yes it is

Then the problem is between the Blackberry and the server. If OWA shows
the message as deleted it is deleted on the server.
