Entourage Calendar Entires Are Not Showing Up Properly

Email Client: Exchange

I have a client who is using a hosted exchange provider. He is trying to have his admin manage his calendar. She has 10.5\Entourage2008. When she adds an entry to his shared calendar it shows up on his iphone and on her calendar but not on his entourage 2008 calendar on his mac. If he adds the entry from his calendar everything\everyone can see it. I was going to clear cache and rebuilt the identity if I don't get a better suggestion. Ideas?
