Entourage calendar items not syncing after SP2 update to Office 2008

So a bunch of stuff broke in Entourage when I upgraded to SP2. All the
sudden I couldn't send email (apparently I had to remove the /owa from
my exchange server address after this update because it wasn't
resolving correctly). After I put out that fire I realized my calendar
items aren't syncing either. Any ideas from anybody out there on why
this may be? I rebuild my database, did pretty much everything I'm
used to doing and nothing is working. This was working fine up until
the point I updated to Office 2008 SP2.

Try Ctrl-clicking on the root folder for your exchange account in the
main window in Entourage to get to the properties and from there, empty
the Exchange cache.
