Entourage calendar not the same as exchange

R

reset_bv

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

We have a domain with both windows pc's and MAc's.

Someone on the mac using entourage is missing some appointments, appointments that do appear on her blackberry and in het outlook when using outlook web access.

It seems that the mac makes some sort of local copy of the mailbox without keeping sync with exchange.

Can someone tell me how to solve this.

Entourage's calendar does not link up with the Exchange calendar.

Go to Tools --> Accounts..., select your Exchange account and click the
Make Default button. The default account sets the default calendar and
address book (Contacts for Exchange).

The Exchange experts will correct me if this is incorrect.

If you see this in just one or a handful of folders then right-click or
Control-click that folder or Calendar, select Folder Properties and
click the Empty button to empty the cache. You can also select the
account itself and empty the cache for all of your folders.
