Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange I've configured a new MacBook to sync Entourage with my Exchange Server. Emails work fine, but randomly some calendar events don't sync.
The user has a calendar delegate who uses Outlook on a PC. She creates calendar items for him, but today two calendar items didn't show up in Entourage. They did show up on his iPhone.
My IT support company says the only way to fix this is to clear the cache in Entourage. While this may fix the symptom, it's not fixing the cause.
Any ideas?
