Entourage Calendar

I need to know how to add an event to my calendar (Example: Occurrences on
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:50- 8:50 AM, and then 8:55- 10:00 AM. I know
scheduling events for two days out of the week can be done by simply
creating a duplicate event on the two days, then configure the repeat
settings; however, I think it would be wise to be able to SHIFT + CLICK the
days the event will occur, then Right Click and Select NEW EVENT.

Entourage cannot set recurring events for different times because those
aren't *recurring*. Also, you're trying to define multiple days at
multiple times as *one* event when each time slot is actually considered
a separate event by Entourage. That's why you can't shift-click and pick
your days and times.

You will need to create two events, one for each time.

Start with a new event on a Tuesday and set its time from 7:50-8:50 a.m.

Select Occurs: Custom...

Select Weekly and recurs every 1 week on Tuesday and Thursday.

End after 32 occurrences (2 events per week x 16 weeks = 32).

Do the same thing for the second time slot and you should have all your
events on your calendar.
