Entourage Calendar Synch

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

My entourage can synch the contacts, inbox but not Calender, sent items.

I have followed every single forum reply with no luck so far.

I have created the exchange 2003 account several times yet no luck.

right now, i ended up with no calendar items (its empty) and when i try creating an event in entourage, it cannot synch it to exchange ( i get -18500 error in entourage). and by the way i still cannot synch the sent items either.

any help is appreciated here.

Hi Senthil!

Does this still happen in a new Entourage identity? Use Entourage menu
--> Switch Identity... to create a new identity and then set up your
Exchange account in this new identity.

As a second test, does the same behavior occur if you set up another
user in Entourage to the same Exchange Server? You can use the Switch
Identity... feature to do this as well.

I am not sure but I believe I read that someone resolved this issue by
creating a brand new Exchange account. I would hope we could just *fix*
the problem.

Still the same. After several account creation, not sure what mistake i did. i ended up wiping my exchange calendar

now i can do a one way sync from exchange to entourage. but not the other way. any changes i make to entourage calendar is not propagated back to exchange.

Are you able to test your Exchange account on another Mac with
Entourage? If the problem continues then the problem is with your
Exchange account on the server. You may need to create a new Exchange
account on the server.
