entourage calendar won't print

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Email Client: pop

For some reason when I try to print a calendar in entourage 2008 I can't ...

1. Nothing shows up in the "quick preview" area
2. nothing happens when any normal printer is chosen.
3. When I choose the output as PDF in the Mac printer dialog box nothing happens.

Any help?

I am having exact same problems and have found no solution yet but still looking. Please post, if you find out any info as will I.

I tried a suggestion from someone having problems printing emails from Entourage and so far it has worked. the suggestion was to close Entourage, go to Finder and open Printing Forms (users/user name/documents/microsoft user data/printing forms) and delete the forms from the folder. i actually removed them to a folder on my desktop just to make sure i could still have them. after doing this and opening Entourage everything in calendar now prints fine.
