Entourage Calender does not sync across multiple computers

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

I have an iMac at work and a MacBookPro at home. both are running entourage 2008. The calenders dont sync. When i put an event in my iMac i cannot see it on my MacBook, and vice versa. I also have an iPhone. when i put events in either calender (iMac or MacBook) they show up on the phone but when i enter events on the phone they do not show up on either computer.

when i use outlook on the web, all of my events are on the calender (events that i entered on Macbook, iMac, Phone). so everything is put on the exchange server, but my computers are having trouble accessing the information from the server?

email works fine and contacts are fine (gets updated on every machine regardless of which machine it is entered on).

any help is appreciated.

If you see this in just one or a handful of folders then right-click or
Control-click that folder or calendar, select Folder Properties and
click the Empty button to empty the cache. You can also select the
account itself and empty the cache for all of your folders.

Hope this helps!
