Entourage can no longer sync with iCal

I have been running Entourage with Sync Services to sync with ical for
several weeks now and it generally works. Now, all of a sudden, the
"Entourage" entry disappeared from the calendars in iCal, and I can't et it
to sync. I have re-booted my computer, re-started all applications, turned
sync on and off, and it still won't sync. I also checked the preferences
section in the library folder and found no entries there for iCal. When I
have gone through the reboot/restart troubleshooting step, I have tried
"combine" and I also tried "replace all iCal with Entourage" options, still,
nothing happens. What more can I do to troubleshoot this?
