Entourage cannot send mail with one specific account

I run my own mail server (OSX 10.5.1 Server, running Postfix), and Entourage will not send mail through it, saying, "Authentication failed because Entourage doesn't support any of the available authentication methods." It's a simple password authentication.

These exact same settings work fine with Mail.app. Entourage first created the account by importing the Mail.app account, and when that didn't work, I deleted it and recreated it by hand in Entourage. Port 25 is unblocked.

My .mac account will work, but my own IMAP account will not. Has anyone run into this problem?
