I cannot sync the Entourage with iCal.
I did all tutorials, articles, etc.

Of course, I disabled the sync, clear all data, and enabled sync on Entourage.

No data on iCal.

See my posts on this. Also check out Mactopia as the sync issue is
more clearly presented there - its listed in the top 5 -

There are different approaches to getting your first sync working
reliably. What I would suggest is on first sync have Entourage
overwrite sync services (ical etc). However, once completed, go back
into Entourage disable all sync'g then turn it back on and use the
Combine method (if you leave overwrite on you might get strange
behaviors). Finally, just have one module turned on to sync that is
active. If you need to sync the other modules, turn them on, combine
and once finished turn them off. This produces pretty reliable
results.

If the above is too much, many users have moved from Entourage to say
the Apple apps but there are other solutions (I can't recommend one
though as I haven't tested these). I stick with Entourage as I need
the power of its relational capabilities etc but if you don't to make
things easy on yourself maybe just use the Apple apps. There are no
sync issues except if sync services mucks up and that can happen
occasionally. But better just dealing with that alone then all the
nonsense that Entourage introduces.

I did it already.
I still with my iCal w/o appointments. It does mean mobile.me w/o calendar.
