Entourage causing keyboard issues

Hi all,

I have a problem with Entourage. It causes my keyboard to stop
responding when launched. It does not happen every time and when it
does happen I can normally just quit Entourage and relaunch it. The
mouse works fine and all the Entourage functions seem normal except I
can't type anywhere in Entourage. I have completely rebuild my system
retaining only my user directory and rebuilt the Entourage DB several
times, the problem persist. My Entourage Db is very large, about 10
gigs and have emails, contacts and calendar, I sync Entourage directly
with my Palm and have not had real issues with anything other then this
as of upgrading to Office 2004, As or my MS Office version its Office
2004 with the latest updates according to the MS updater. The computer
is a 1.5 ghz PowerBook 15" running 10.3.9. I have had this issue since
before I migrated to the PowerBook from my old iBook running 10.3.5
which is when I moved to Office 2004. I did not have this issue under
MS Office X, although going back is not an option as upgrading to
Office 2004 fixed other issues.

You should probably search and ask on the Entourage newsgroup, you're more
likely to get an answer there, I think.
