Entourage - change default font size for received messages?

Most received messages display (in both the preview pane and the opened
e-mail) in an unusableysmall font. I can increase the font size with the
button on the tool bar, but would like to set the default font size to be
larger and save that step. Suggestions?

Try the following Go to Entourage Menu Select Preferences | General section
select fonts and change point size.
