Entourage Client loses all calendar items Sunday morning

I have a strange problem with one Entourage power user (Tiger with Entourage
2004 fully patched) connected to exchange 2003 sp2. Every Sunday morning this
user looses his entire calendar... only to have it come back after 5 or 6
hours (he has 7 to 8 years of calender items - over 43,000 total items in his
exchange mailbox and about a 1.5gb mailbox. I have been running mailbox
management at 12:00am saturday so that shouldn't affect him.

I understand that he has a very large mailbox and every time we recreate the
Entourage profile it takes time to populate, but why would he have any issues
Sunday morning? He has even closed Entourage Saturday nights to see if that
has any effect, but every Sunday morning his calendar is gone and he has to
wait for hours to get it all back. Has he hit a size limit? Is there any
special Entourage setting we don't know about? Does exchange have any weird
entourage issues? Our other Entourage users don't seem to have this problem
(they don't have the same size mailbox).

Anyone ever see this before?
