Entourage Conduit in Office 2004

Unsuccessfully attempting to hot synch my Visor Handspring Platinum with
Palm 4.0 to my recently upgraded Entourage 2004. With Entourage X there was
a conduit downloaded from MS via ³Handheld Sync Installer². What¹s the fix
with Office 2004? Thanks/Hal Kushner
