Entourage Conduit synchronization failed

My computer collapsed and I had to do a clean install. Then, my palm synced
with my desktop and I lost all contact and appointments from my PDA when it
was overwritten by a blank Palm desktop application. I have a Handspring
Prism and need to synchronize my Entourage conduit with my PDA device.
Already downloaded the Entourage conduit to replace the Palm desktop
conduits and have reloaded the Palm desktop software to try and re-sync with
entourage to capture my contact and appointments information.

This is the Sync log error message: >>>>>>>The Entourage conduit ran out of
memory. Try increasing the memory allocated to the Conduit Manager, and then
Hot sync again. Entourage Conduit synchronization failed
"Entourage Conduit" failed (error = #16406)

I have increased the conduit and hot sync manager memory allocation to 24MB
each. Any ideas what else I can try? Need help!

Microsoft recommend that you increase the Minimum Size for the memory
allocation of HotSync Manager along with the Preferred Size. See if that
makes a difference.

Also, keep in mind the conduit on the Microsoft web site is only for
Entourage X. For Entourage 2001, you need to use the one in the Value Pack
on the Office 2001 CD.
