"Entourage conduit unexpectedly quit" syncing w/palm 125

All,

Just updated Office to 10.1.4--big mistake. Now I cannot sync to my Palm
125. Details:
Entourage 10.1.4;
Entourage conduit 10.1.4;
Palm Desktop 4.1;

I've tried:
Deleting "Entourage Storage" in documents/palm desktop/users/~/Entourage
Data/;
Setting conduit to "Entourage overwrites handheld";

Any other suggestions out there? Thanks for any help!

Hi Gary (et al)--

Did you download and run the additional Handheld Sync patch
(http://www.microsoft.com/mac/downloads.aspx?pid=download&location=/mac/DOWN
LOAD/OFFICEX/palmsync.xml&secid=5&ssid=9&flgnosysreq=True)? I assumed the
one installer would take care of both, and had the Conduit Manager
unexpectedly quit every time I tried to sync. Found a link at the bottom of
the Office 10.1.4 update page to the above site, downloaded & installed
that, and everything seems to be working fine now....

I noted that it was doing strange things to my calendar before it crashed
the conduit. Specifically, it was extending multi-day events for an
unlimited number of days.

So I disabled the calendar portion of the conduit, and now it works. Of
course the calendar doesn't sync, but all of the other functions do.

I'm a new user of Entourage (as of yesterday), so I assume this is a newly
introduced bug that I need to report *somehow*.... Are there valid
mechanisms for this with Microsoft?
