Entourage Crash

Entourage crashes every time I try to view an email. This happens
whether I view it in the preview pane or double click on it. This just
started today. Everything else seems to work fine. My version of
Entourage is up to date as well as my system software. My email is
coming from an Exchange Server.

I am running on a PowerBook G4 and running system 10.4.11 with 512 MB
of RAM.

What I have done to try and fix this:
1. Repair permissions
2. Removed fonts I installed last week
3. Created a new identity and checked my email with that identity
4. Rebuilt my database
5. Removed Office and Reinstalled it then updated the new software to
the latest version.

None of this worked.

Any one have any ideas?

It is all mail or a particular email?

It could be a font cache problem.

In addition to trashing the com.microsoft.browserfont.cache, you can also
try trashing the tasmanbrowser.cache, which will be found in your
~/Library/Caches.

In addition to trashing the com.microsoft.browserfont.cache, you can also
try trashing the tasmanbrowser.cache, which will be found in your
~/Library/Caches.

The message itself could also be corrupt and causing Entourage to crash
when displaying it. Use Outlook Web Access (OWA) to view the message and
see if it's something you can delete. Then, see if Entourage will remove
it from your folder after syncing with Exchange.

You can also try deleting it from Entourage by temporarily turning off
the preview pane, selecting the message and moving it to the Deleted
Items folder.

Hope this helps!

Unfortunately, it happens with any and all emails, so this won't help.
I will try the suggestion about the font caches.

Thanks.
