Entourage Crashes Constantly

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

Hi,

I have just bought a new MAC PRO QUAD CORE 2.66GHZ with 12GB of RAM and all the office 2008 products crash, sometimes just a few seconds after launching them. I have reinstalled the software ran all the updates, rebuilt the database and tried it on a different user profile.

If all Office apps crash that could be a badly corrupted font issue.
Try deleting the Office Font cache from the Microsoft preferences.
Run /Applications/Font Book and have it inspect all your fonts.
You could also ask it to resolve duplicate fonts while you're at it.

You can also use a utlity such as Onyx (free) to clear out all font
cache on the Mac and repair Permissions. Then reboot.

I hope it will clear out the problem :-\

I agree with Corentin that it sounds like a font issue.

Thanks for your help. It seems to have settled the machine down a bit but is still crashing, also we have two more new Macs and the same thing is happening on them?
