Entourage Crashes on Start up

I have my entourage set up with rules to automatically send junk to
the outbox, and I have it set up to send/receive upon starting the
application.
Problem: When entourage starts up and there is mail in the outbox, it
crashes immediately. This has happened a couple of times before and it
fixed itself one time, but now it just keeps crashing.
I have tried taking the preferences/settings files out of the
microsoft preferences as well as the pslist file and restarted. no
luck. I have also taken out the entourage temp files and trashed them.
No luck.
I am also running the most current version of Entourage (updated
everything)

I tried reinstalling entourage and just kept my main identity file and
this did not help either.

Try Disabling Junk mail, if its enabled. then check
Try rebuilding the database
