Entourage Crashes

I have Mac OS X 10.3.4...just upgraded..since then, each time I try to send
and receive email on Entourage X (10.1.1), the Entourage crashes and turns
off. I¹ve rebooted ten times and rebooted the system ten times without
satisfactory results. Anyone know the problem or it¹s fix??? Thanks

It could be a bad spam message. Try turning off the Junk Mail filter and
download the mail. This is fixed in 2004.

Hi Diane,

Is it possible for email from an Exchange Server to cause Entourage 2004
to crash? Whenever I clear the cache for my Exchange account, the DB
utility never reminds me of a corrupt DB. After rebuilding the DB, and
have my Exchange account cache cleared, my mail is fine. But as soon as
I rebuild the cache by retrieving mail from our Exchange Server,
Entourage starts saying there is a corrupt mail DB.

Suggestions?

Plus, I've been crashing constantly since upgrading to 10.3.4? I might
add, I've run Disk Warrior, checked permissions via Disk Utility, and
re-installed Office 2004.
