Entourage crashing

My Entourage started crashing this afternoon when I hit send and receive. I
have downloaded and installed all the updates up to Office 10.1.5 and am
also running OSX 10.2.8 on a PowerPC G4.
It will receive the emails and then immediately crash.
I don't know if it has anything to do with it but I received an email
earlier today with no subject and no sender which also seemed to not have an
attachment...but it started after that email?????? Help!

By the way, I solved it by opening up my mail server though a browser and
deleting the offending email from there. Entourage works okay now.

Launch Entourage with your network *NOT* connected, turn off the Junk Mail
Filter, then connect and get your mail.

That may help in some cases, but I never turned on *any* mail filtering and
had the problem. I was able to fix the problem by following Adam Bailey's
advice and the instructions at
<http://www.entourage.mvps.org/help/send_receive/crashes_hangs.html>. After
I deleted the specific email ( an apparent SPAM message with no subject or
from fields) I was able to continue.

Try turning off html in the preferences to be able to see the email subject
and then delete it?
