Entourage Database Error

I have a strange Entourage issue. I have migrated the complete Microsoft User Data folder from a OSX 10.4.11 Entourage 04 to a OSX 10.5.6 Entourage 08. The DB is 8gb, and was working fine in its previous state. When importing now it currently tells me the DB needs to be repaired, however the DB list is empty. I see the database file I just can't do anything with it.

Just to be clear. Entourage 2008 must import and upgrade your old database.
If there is corruption it will not import. It's possible that you will need
to open your old Entourage 2004 Identity and export the data for import into
Entourage 2008.

I'm not sure what you mean by the database list is empty.

How to manually move your data. (when import fails and/or you need to move
to a new Identity same version or revert to an older version)
