Entourage DST issue...after the updates

I have 20 Mac users and on Monday I spent the time to walkaround to
each machine making sure they had the Apple DST update and the
Entourage 11.3.3 update.

There is one person on a G4 PPC laptop running OS 10.4.8 and Entourage
2004 v11.3.3 who is still having issue scheduling appointments. When
she schedules an appointment for 1:00-3:00 it comes up as 2:00-4:00 on
her calendar (unless you open the appointment...then it will show
1-3). All of the meeting attendees who accepted the appointment have
it on their calendar from 2:00-4:00 (it says that even if you open the
appointment).

Has anyone else run into this? Her appointments schedule perfectly if
she does them via OWA on the Exchange server.

Thanks!

I forgot to mention that the system time and timezone are correct, as
well as the timezone in the meeting requests.

Could you send back this info? I see you've provided the first two but
insert your info again and I can pass this on to someone that's researching
the problem.1. They¹re on 11.3.3, right?

2. What version of OS X?

3. What¹s the OS X time zone?

4. What¹s the time zone and dst rule in the problematic event(s) (drag
To desktop and look at the DST and timezone info in the iCal part)

5. What¹s the default time zone in Entourage.

6. Are these events in an Exchange mailbox that is accessed by Outlook
also?

Thanks!!

While I think this is a bug, please verify that you've also completely
rebooted your Mac to eliminate the possibility that the updates haven't
been applied yet after installing them.

Thanks! bill
