Entourage Email Setup

I have a windows live free email account with msn which is not compatible with entourage.

It says to load 'windows hotmail live plus' but I cannot find a way to do this as the paid download has only America for residential address which cannot be changed.

I am living in Australia and hoping to download this programme but, unsure how to.
