Entourage Error (-18489)

Can anyone help I'm getting an error everytime my email schedule runs saying -
An unknown error (-18489) occurred.
Explanation
The message cannot be sent. It probably has attachments that are too large
to send by e-mail.

I only have one account running and that is a Hotmail address !
How do I can cancel this offending mail from sending ?

Open the Outbox and delete the email.
