entourage error

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

I want to set up entourage so that I can get all my hotmail e-mail in it but I keep getting an error HTTP error. Access to the resource is forbidden. I have no idea what to do or how to get my hotmail e-mail account to work in entourage. Please help. Thanks

Is this a free or paid subscription to Hotmail? Entourage works only with
paid subscriptions.
